If you contact Embody Life or submit a form, information may include your name, email address, message, and anything else you voluntarily provide. Please do not submit medical records, financial information, passwords, or other sensitive personal information through the website.

Squarespace and its service providers may process technical and usage information such as IP address, approximate location, browser or device information, pages viewed, referral source, cookies, and similar technologies. This information may be used for security, basic functionality, performance, and site analytics.

How information may be used

Service providers and external links

Squarespace hosts the site. Amazon and other external retailers receive information when you follow their links and are governed by their own privacy policies. Service providers may process information outside Alberta or Canada, where different laws may apply.

Personal information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law, and reasonable safeguards are used. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Embody Life does not currently operate an email marketing list. Before promotional emails are introduced, the sign-up and unsubscribe process will be configured for applicable Canadian anti-spam requirements.
